The Legend - Dr Louise Newson

I was sooooo lucky that Dr Louise Newson reached out to help me after hearing my story. 

Her waiting list is monthssss, and she personally contacted me and said she wanted to offer me a free consultation with her. So we booked a date in for a week later. I was emailed over a few questionnaire's which I had to complete beforehand. These asked lots of questions about how I was feeling etc, which then made me realise how many symptoms I was still suffering from.

On our call we discussed all these things which resulted in Dr Newson telling me that I am actually on the wrong HRT (shockkkk the NHS, got it wrong again).

So tonight I picked up my new meds and I am soooo looking forward to getting started on them. It is going to be a bit weird having to wear a patch all day/night, every day/night but if this helps me to feel better then it is worth it. I don't doubt for one second that they are not going to work.

Ladies... one bit of advice I can give is contact a professional who is specialised in The Menopause.
